Terms of Service

These terms explain the scope and rules for using VPNName. Please read this page and the related policies before activating or using the service. If you have questions, you can submit a support ticket through the user panel.

Service Scope

VPNName provides subscription services for cross-border access and network acceleration. Users obtain subscription configurations through their accounts and connect to international routes using supported clients. The service provides network connectivity only; it does not include accounts, memberships, content licenses, or paid entitlements from third-party websites.

Available routes and connection methods are as shown in the user panel. The service may change due to maintenance, network conditions, or changes to third-party platform rules. A particular exit region does not guarantee that a destination website will accept access, nor does it mean that a third-party account meets that platform’s requirements. Users are responsible for reading and following each platform’s rules.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details and subscription configuration secure. Do not post your password, subscription link, or configuration file on public channels. If you discover exposed credentials or unusual activity, change your password promptly and request assistance through a support ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time. This applies to devices managed by the account holder and does not permit sharing the account or subscription configuration with others. Without authorization, you may not resell, rent out, or distribute subscriptions, or use the service to provide paid access to others. You are responsible for account activity within your control.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. Before activation, check the plan type, price, and traffic allowance. See the Pricing page and the plan details in the user panel for available options.

Acceptable Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and any region involved in their use of the service, and must determine their own eligibility to use it. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, including cyberattacks, fraud, distributing illegal content, violating another person’s privacy or intellectual property, or accessing another person’s systems without authorization.

Do not affect network operations through automated requests, malicious scanning, spam distribution, or other abusive activity, and do not interfere with other users’ normal use. If suspected abuse occurs, VPNName may take necessary measures proportionate to the risk. Users may explain the situation and request a review through a support ticket.

Availability and Responsibility

Connection quality depends on local networks, device settings, carrier routing, exit status, and destination platform policies. VPNName does not guarantee uninterrupted service, a fixed speed, continuous access to any particular website, or that third-party accounts will remain unrestricted. If a fault occurs, check the route, client, and local network in turn.

Maintenance, upstream network failures, events beyond reasonable control, or legally required measures may temporarily make some features unavailable. VPNName will address service issues within reasonable limits and explain known, significant impacts. Users should keep their own copies of important information. These terms do not exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit any rights users have under applicable law.

Account Restrictions and Termination

If there is unlawful use, resale or sharing, malicious interference with the service, or another serious breach of these terms, VPNName may suspend affected connections, restrict account features, or terminate the service based on the risk. When an immediate response is needed to control a risk, VPNName may first take necessary measures and then explain the reasons and appeal options through the user panel.

Users may request a review or ask to stop using the service through a support ticket in the user panel. Disconnecting does not count as a refund request. The account status after a subscription expires or traffic is used up is shown in the user panel. Disputes should be reviewed in light of the order, usage, and applicable law; account restrictions do not replace necessary fact-finding.

Changes to These Terms and Related Policies

These terms may change as service features or compliance requirements evolve. The last-updated month will be shown on this page. Changes that affect important user rights will be announced on the site or in the user panel, along with details of how they apply. If you do not agree to a change, you may stop using the service and contact support about how it affects an existing subscription.

See the Privacy Policy for information about how account details are handled. A full refund may be requested without giving a reason within 7 days of the first payment. See the Refund Policy for how to apply and the full rules.
